Flights Ticket Policies

Fares and Tickets :
1. Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed.
2. Passenger Name must be as appear in the passport.
3. Name change is not allowed.
4. This Ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE .
5. If change allows, Changes to this ticket may incur an airline fee of up to $350.00 and Worldwide Travel exchange fee of $30.00 per ticket.
6. Ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE in case of NO-SHOW.
7. Partially used tickets are non-refundable.
8. E.Tickets are the only ticket type available for this trip.

Re-Confirmation :
You must reconfirm your outbound and inbound flights 72hours before departure for any schedule change.

This is an International Trip requiring TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION for each traveler. Anytime you to or connect through a foreign country. You need to have Government issued travel document/Passport and all required international travel documentation including all required VISAS. Failure to do so may denied boarding and you may have to bear additional cost.

If YOU ARE A U.S. citizen, the requirements for obtaining a passport are outlined on the U.S. state department's web site. Also make sure to acquaint yourself with the destination country's entry requirements.( Entry Requirement and Passport Services & Information). Some countries for example require US passort be valid for at least six(6) months or longer beyond the dates of your trip.

It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that he/she is in possession of valid travel documents(passport, visa etc.). All such documents are the responsibility of the passenger , who is traveling.

Refunds :
A refund process might take between 6 to 8 weeks. Agency handling fee of $ 30.00 will apply.

Frequent Flyer, Special Meal , Seating Request :
Passenger's responsibility to contact the airlines to give Frequent Flyer account information, request special meals, and or seating arrangement. It is the responsibility of the passenger to reconfirm the flights at least 72 hours before their scheduled departure on all the flights.
